1. Appointment Policies
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or modify their service.
Cancellations: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: No-shows may result in a fee equal to 50-100% of the scheduled service.
2. Deposit Policy
For appointments requiring extensive time, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be applied toward your service and is non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
3. Product Policy
Returns & Exchanges:Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if unused and unopened.
Guarantee:We stand by the quality of our products. If you experience an issue, please contact us for resolution.
4. Redo Policy
We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If adjustments are needed, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. Adjustments will be made free of charge.
5. Children Policy
For the safety and comfort of all guests, children under 12 must be supervised by an adult and are not permitted in the service area unless receiving a service.
6. Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and digital payments.
7. Health & Safety Policy
